Guys, I have searched the forum but no answer to a problem. I have the Deluxe 2 lever throttle quadrant and the rear throttle kit. I made the holes as per template in the bulkheads and had to enlarge the F-805 bulkhead hole to get the push rod to connect to the rod end on the rear throttle.

The main problem is that the clevis on the front of the push rod straddles the back plate of the throttle quadrant. I need to move the F-804 bulkhead holes 1/2" inboard and that would leave little edge distance and takes out a rivet hole fore and aft to get the clevis onto the front throttle lever.

A neater solution would be to buy some longer bolts and spacers and move the throttle quadrant outboard 1/2"; the front throttle would then be in the same position as the 3 lever deluxe quadrant and the F-804 bulkhead holes should be pretty close.

Q. Has anyone who installed the Deluxe 2 lever throttle quadrant with a rear throttle have a solution and photos?

Regards
