Does anyone know if Isham tools is on vacation or so this week? I've been calling this week and keep getting voice mail. I ordered some tools on May 27 and also ordered some parts from Van's on May 27. I got the parts from Van's on June 2 through the USPS....but haven't received anything yet from Isham....it was also sent through USPS. I'm in Ontario and never had a slow delivery before...weird?

Something must be going on, because they have always been top notch for me. Answer when I call etc. Im a HUGE Ishams fan.

As am I...they recently replaced a broken tool for me...and the delivery was quick to boot!

I happened to have emailed them a question late last night. Had an answer when I woke up this morning.

(Maybe try an email vs phone in case they are actually "away from the office" but still able to login for email?)
