Finished my tanks on my 7 about six months ago. I prosealed the access panel , sender and the screws. Left out the cork gasket and rubber donut. Any good ideas that I haven't thought of to cut through the seals without ruining parts? I'm considering dental floss, steel braided fishing line or a really thin knife made from spring steel. Thanks for your ideas !

I'm sure other people with the same problem will benefit from your posts.

I read some post that said heat would help. Best applied only if your tanks have never seen fuel.

I've gone into many tanks that were sealed this way. I use a sharpened putty knife. Works great.
