I have one for a Catto 2 bladed prop and one for a Catto 3 bladed prop. I have not had a single issue with them and they look great.

I have the prototype for the Sensenich O-320 G/A prop and I like it. I had to trim a little off the back end to make sure it didn't rub on the cowling, but that was nothing to do with Alan's design, it is because my cowling is a tiny bit further forward than is ideal and I neglected (didn't even think of it at the time...) to compensate with a longer prop spacer.

I used it with the Sensenich carbon-fibre backplate and found it a little challenging to match-drill the holes, but I am satisfied with it nonetheless. And it can be polished to match the rest of the plane!

Have one on a Hartzell and love it. It really looks great after a polish job. Highly recommend one, Get compliments all the time. Larry
