Update: Crow Harness Customer Service
I received my Crow harnesses yesterday and they look great but the shoulder harnesses didn't come with pads as ordered. I called Crow and spoke to Mrs. Crow who said replacement shoulder harnesses WITH pads would be in the mail today at no charge. I asked how I should send the wrong ones back and she said just keep them and sorry for the mistake. Now that's great customer service and a story I'll tell many times!
