Thinking out loud about Sun & Fun and just remembered that I have not purchased cowl plugs (might be too late). Anyone making plugs for the RV-14?

We have the Bruce's cowl plugs and can highly recommend them. We also bought their canopy cover. A little expensive, but lifetime quality.

I couldn't see spending that amount for foam plugs so made my own out of the same material that had come in a box with some part (probably a cylinder). Took 10 minutes and they work perfectly.

A coat of Red paint and a couple flags will finish them off soon.

You can get them in a pair for the 14. Just let them know that is what you need.
