Folks,
I have just finished fitting my top cowl and the clearance between the forward boss on the forward cylinders (which takes the valve cover screw) is only about 3/4 " max from cowl without the baffling installed. Obviously the clearance to the engine increases dramatically and to workable distances as one moves aft. Even if the engine settles as I have allowed it will increase by perhaps 1/4". Seems awfully close to me, although my tech counselor and others say it will work out. I would appreciate your experiences with the 200hp angle valve.
