Guys....Countersinking the tank skin and using the baffle as a guide per instructions. My question is the depth of the countersink. The skin is .032" so I do not feel I should go any deeper than flush, but my concern is the proseal. If I countersink the tank skin for a flush fit with the rivet, will the proseal cause it to stand proud when I set it? I purchased the tank skin dimple die from Cleveland to account for the Proseal on the skin to rib rivets, but am unsure about the effects on the tank skin/baffle countersink depth when proseal is applied.

Countersinks

I cut mine for a flush fit. The proseal didn't cause any proud rivets. I did however find that the size of the countersink hole allowed the baffle to move a tiny bit. I used dry rivets in several holes to keep it aligned during the sealing, cleko, rivet process.
