Just curious to find out how much people pay for a 1st, 2nd or 3rd class medical. I am under BasicMed but want to get at least a 3rd class to fly international.

I received a third class and turned it into my insurance as a yearly physical. They paid 100%

If you are an old fart (starting at age 35) you need the occasional EKG for 1st Class. As you get older the EKG is required more often. This adds cost.
