A friend of mine recently bought a beautiful RV-6, but wishes to convert the manual pitch trim to electric.
I recall that there used to be a conversion kit that used the same trib tab and elevator, placing the servo on the deck under the empennage fairing. I have been googling but can't find it. Barnard, maybe?
She let me fly the airplane for a while yesterday, and I see what people mean about the light, simple airplanes. It was a pleasure to fly, lighter and with the empty CG more aft than my RV-8, but I did miss my CS prop for formation and landing
