I am wanting to remove my manual flaps and install electric flaps. I noticed in the Vans catalog, there is two different prices, I don't know the diff. and if anyone has ever done this I would be interested in advise and instructions.
One price includes a replacement flap actuator weldment complete. The other requires you modify (including welding) the existing weldment. I did this mod on my RV-4 and it wasn't hard but would ahve been easier during construction.
