A Avanza Well Known Member Feb 12, 2021 #3 SL30 The King KN-53 is an older analog NAV unit. It can not communicate with the G3X because its digital. The G3X uses CAN-bus, ARINC 429 and/ or RS 232.

P pilot2512 Well Known Member Feb 13, 2021 #5 There are no Arinc 429 outputs on a KN53, therefore it can not be connected to a G3X system.
