An AI or A&P can sign off a condition inspection on an experimental aircraft for a new owner that is using 100 Low Lead aviation fuel. The A&P is supposed to find that the aircraft is in a safe condition (or not) for operation, on the date of the inspection. He is not responsible for how you operate the aircraft.
