Cold air induction
If you already have an horizontal induction I0360-A1B6, I'd leave it alone. Your sump and intake tubes would easily bring $2K on the used market as that sump and tubes are very desirable.
Both Superior and ECI made "cold air inductions sumps. I really liked the Superior model. I did the firewall forward on, a friends RV-8 with a Superior I0360 parallel valve, but I would only go that route if I had a vertical draft sump, and wanted to have a clean cowling without the external snorkel. IMHO the gain would not be worth the cost and effort.
