Are you sure they are circuit breakers and not simply fuse holders?

I would expect a circuit breaker to have it's current rating stamped on it.
 
Good point. No I'm not sure. they would push in to then click out. push in to re-engage. I did not pull to see if they would come out.
 
Not very good design for visual indication of ON or OFF? They do not appear to be lighted? I think they are push button switches. Like az_gila stated they have no current ratings on them? I'd be willing to bet they are a European designed SPST switch.
 
I have one of those in a box somewhere. It's an on/off push/push circuit breaker switch. Flimsy design with a cheap feel. I wouldn't use them for anything important. The AMP rating is marked in the side.
