Good day folks,
I am about to install my CHT probes on my engine. They are the type that screw into the cylinder boss. I was wondering if it’s prudent to put a little antisieze compound on the screws? Would I use the same antisieze for the spark plugs? Thanks for your time.

Antisieze

You want heat transfer from cylinder to the CHT-probe and antisieze.
I use the copperbased antisieze for sparkplugs.
It is also possible to use thermal transfer compound from electronics shop.
Just be sure it has the correct temperature rating.

Good luck
