CHT is sensitive to both airflow and %power
if you keep the MP constant and increase the RPM the %power will increase driving CHTs upwards but airspeed will also increase driving CHTs downward... i am sure that the dynamics between the two are more complicated...
i have a couple of captured snapshots of my skyview with your scenario that show the CHTs stayed pretty neutral with a small increase in %power and airspeed with an increase in RPM while MP was constant...
