Has anyone gotten a 'don't cut here' message from Van about cutting the F-768 bulkhead (forward of the instrument panel) on a -7 tipup? I know that it often must be cut in places for avionics, but I've never seen any info on where *not* to cut. I'd like to add a couple of fist sized holes in the F-768B outboard sections & one in the middle section for easy access to the canopy hinge pins.
