Does anyone have experience in determining cure times for the CS3204 B2 in temps lower than their published standard of 77F? I talked to the manufacturer and got ?it is cured when it is cured? response; no real guideline for what to expect. I realize that it will take longer in colder temps but I am trying to figure out how long. I am going to guess that I can maintain 50F in the plane...any idea what to expect for cure time?

Thx

Take this with a grain of salt as I am not a chemist nor do I play one on TV. I seem to recall that for a 10F decrease from the baseline you can expect a doubling in cure time. Conversely, for a 10F increase from baseline you can expect your cure time to cut in half.

I don't know if that can be extrapolated to mean a 20F decrease results in four times the baseline cure time.

Perhaps a test? Cure a sample at the desired temperature and see what happens.

Good luck.
