Moving to Chattanooga area due to work. Would like to hear from anyone there about local airports....hangar space. Interested more in SE CHA, maybe Collegedale or Cleveland. Also can anyone recommend a good real estate agent

I've never been there, but there is a small airport in Collegedale. When I lived up there, I lived in Hixson, where you can find a nice little strip called Dallas Bay Skypark; every once in a while I fly up there to see family and go to Dallas Bay. No idea what the hangar space situation is at either of those, though.

Thanks for replying Philip. Will check out those airports. We're going in a little over a week to check out the area. Am hoping some local guys will respond so I can narrow down our search area...as far as housing.

I have been into Chattanooga many times, but only as a corporate pilot. Loved Chattanooga tho! Anyway, if you are in and situated by October 6 through the 7th, I hope you can visit Deerfield Resort in Tennessee, just 35 miles north of Knoxville, for the RV Nation Fly-in. Would love to see you there. There will be food, lots of RVs to drool over, and a golf cart rally. All funds raised from the event go to help provide scholarships for outstanding high school students. I hope to see you there.
