I've been reading recently about RV-4 canopy safety latches. I just have the standard spring loaded canopy lever. I couldn't find much in the RVator about the safety latches. Anyone have some more detailed info?

Any chance you could post a picture of your installed latch? Van's sells one but doesn't have a picture on the website. Just trying to visualize something for fabrication.
