 Requesting a bit of advice--my canopy frame needs a major tune up. I have searched all of the threads, but have not found enough info to cure my issue. The canopy frame fits fairly well except for the front bow. Either the bow sits taller on the left or sits shorter on the right. In the pic, I covered the bow with tape for contrast and put red marks to indicate the area in question.

It appears that one side needs to be pushed down and the other side pushed up to make an arc that matches the roll bar. Any suggestions on how to adjust the canopy bow to match the roll bar will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Steve,

A few suggestions.

Leave the bow as is and raise the sliding part of the canopy on the right hand side slightly at the track. Use some shims to see if it makes a difference.

Unless you will be deviating from the plans, your will eventually be building a layup of fiberglass that will cover the butt joint. You can use that layup to cover any slight anomalies.

Good luck.
