Hello,
I'm trying to fit the canopy and have clecoed the fwd upper skin on and have rails and slider on. When I slide it closed the fwd rib just behind the bow hits the fwd skin where it wraps around the rollbar. Question is, has others had this issue? Is it supposed to be trimmed flush? I can close the canopy frame but I need to the skin edge out first each time and it's a tight fit. See the photo attached for the area I'm questioning.

Trim

Go ahead and trim it back for clearance. It will be covered by the fiberglass bezel that goes around the windscreen.

Thanks Don! Ive seen on Kitlog where it looks like others must have done same.
