I've finally gotten the canopy brace and strut installed, dropped the whole shebang at the paint shop yesterday. I'll post more pics when the paint is done!
Initially I ordered the 20lb strut but found that it seemed to have too much oomph so I replaced it with the 15 pound lift. That seems about right at the moment. The pic that has the strut in it does not show the doubler that I installed which is shown in the other pics. Rather than wish I had installed it next year, I went ahead and did it before paint.
