Just wondering if anyone's tried installing camloc doors on the nosewheel fairing to close the tow bar holes and reduce drag??? I've got a couple of these laying around just begging to be used. ....Yes I know the difference may be so small as to be barely measurable.

You know you can go to most any True Value aircraft supply department and get a plug that will fit most common hole sizes and they pop out easy when you need to use a towbar.

I think we do a lot of stuff just to show off our individuality.

In the soaring world, we use white electrical tape to cover gaps and holes to reduce drag. To each his/her own.
