It's also one of the links in the blue bar at the top of each page here. It's the fourth one over from the left.
 
Allan, we know you're not stupid! ;) It's one of those links that is just easy to overlook.

I wish more folks would post their special events on the calendar. They would get much better promotion and it'd be so much easier for others to find than a one-time post in the General Discussion forum.
