Terry, although not an A/P, I’ve worked around turbines, and those bolts appear to have an application in the turbine world. May want to take it by a local shop that works on say King airs and show it to them as a start.
If you have trouble finding those, or the price is steep, Spruce sells some that work well with those types of cables for about $20. Not nearly as fancy though.
