Hope I'm not bringing up a tired subject here...

I have a QB RV8 I am thinking about selling and am wondering about what most guys are doing in regards to liability type paperwork. I have read the EAA recommendations...is strict adherence to all that stuff typical , or unusual? Any info here appreciated.
Thanks
Joe

Stick with the EAA's recommendations and include the words "NXXXX is registered with the FAA as Amateur Built Experimental Aircraft, and does not conform to build specifications of standard aircraft. Buyer has throughly inspected NXXXX and accepts aircraft "as is, where is" with no warranties expressed or implied. However, Seller knows of no known defects at the time of sale unless otherwise noted."

List all known "defects".
