So I tried to get fancy when I was opening up an existing hole in a W-711-L wing rib. I needed another hole to run a second pitot line for the Dynon AOA. I wanted to shift the existing hole away from the lightning hole and misjudged where to start (all the others are OK). When that happened, I took the sharp edges off to prevent stress risers. Now the question is do I leave it alone,? drill it bigger and use a bigger snap bushing or order a new rib?
Not sure if the pic will show up.... fingers crossed

No need to get a new rib. If you think it is a strength issue just make a doubler plate about twice the diameter of the hole and rivet it on. Make sure the doubler has the hole in the right spot before riviting.
