Thank you for the kind words. I have put 165 very happy hours on her since June 2013 and have many more to look forward to. I have a paint scheme in mind but holding on the budget to catch up with it. Here's to happy and safe travels. I love my RV-8.
 
A good restaurant

An easy walk about 1/2 mile SE of the monument is a good restaurant- pub . You can see the wind generator that's in their parking lot from the dune.

It's a great flying plane too, thanks for letting me find that out.

I Believe the place you mention is The Outer Banks Brewing Company and I agree good restaurant and if you can stay its a good microbrew also. It was a pleasure meeting you and your wife--I was happy to talk RV's and go for a ride in "Crazy Woman". Look forward to seeing you again. I got your PM but it had nothing in it.
