My brakes were working fine and then I had to re-bend the brake line (solid aluminum) a bit to clear the leg fairing. Now my right brake squawks like a injured goose when I brake. I tried making sure the line wasn't applying any side pressure to the brake. Any ideas?

The bend is probably putting a "twist" on the caliper. You should be able to relieve that with another slight "complementary" bend. There should be no "pre load" on the caliper...it should be able to slide on the posts pretty freely.

same here. metal to metal sound after doing the brakes a couple hours ago. DQ'ed the plane until I have time to pull wheel pant.
