After a hard landing this weekend my 6A now has a slight bow in the right main gearleg. To be more precise under an 18" straight edge placed on the leg there is about a 1/8" gap under the center. Has anyone straightened one of these successfully or should I just bite the bullet and send it back to Langair? Randy

I suggest either sending it back or replacing it. Even if straitened, it may not have the same strength and elaciticy as it did before. In other words, it may be stiffer or more springy than the other side. I don't remember all my strength of materials and metalurgy so can't say exactly what it will do.
