You can tell from my question my computer skills are rudimentary at best.

There are some excellent POH?s posted on this website. I was hoping to use a couple of them as exemplars and customize to fit my plane.

They are Word documents.

Is there a way to cut and paste on these documents?

Download the POHs you want to copy from.
Highlight the item you want to copy.
hold down the CTRL and hit "C"
Put your curser where you want that item.
Hold down CTRL hit "v"

When you have it all done, "Save As" a PDF document.
Print as a booklet.
This will give you a 5x7 booklet printed on both sides.
Convenient size for the plane.
