I'm ready to order fuel lines from Bonaco for my RV-7A with flop tubes and using the Andair FI Pump. I'm not sure how flexible the tubing is and therefore not sure of the configuration I should order. And I want to minimize the impact on Bonaco (and me) of re-ordering.
So does anyone already have fuel lines specs?
Here is my current best guess: 5/8 outside diameter.
Two Main Lines: 37 inches long with a 90 degree elbow at the tank where the flop tube exits and a 45 degree fitting at the Andair pump with these clocked 90 degrees CW on right and CCW on left. Every other bend will be accomplished with just bending it. And I'll clamp it with Adel clamps going thru the main gear weldmount.
Forward tube going to firewall: 20 inches long straight fittings on both ends.
Little tube going between valve and Andair pump: 3.5 inches (including fitting) straight on one end 90 degree fitting on the other end that goes to pump.
And real experience and specs you have would be appreciated.
