Just started my annual and noticed a blue stain around the #3 intake, maybe the gasket???. Engine is an 0-320 D1A with 300 hours since new. Any suggestions on troubleshooting this and what are the potential problems and causes. Haven't noticed any change in performance, RPMs, CHT, OT or any misfiring or any thing else. ???? thanks.

I have found that changing the intake gaskets usually takes care of this. Spruce has them. It only takes a few minutes. remove the 2 hex nuts holding the intake tube on place, and there's usually enough flexibility with the lower intake hoses such that you can remove the old gasket and replace the new one.
