Compression

You can get 160 horsepower with stock Lycoming pistons from the 160 horsepower engines. I believe the B1A has a rear facing injection servo, you didn't state what airframe this is in, but a forward facing servo can get a pressure boost from the forward facing inlet in the engine cowl. Would have to change the sump to achieve this

Tuned exhaust as in the Vetterman 4 into 2 or 4 into 1.

There are lots of other things to make horsepower in engines. These are the easiest with noticable results.
