Going up to a Wedding in Winnipeg next month. Going to fly the RV to south of the border (don't want to deal with customs, NavCanada, etc - done it before). I'd like to find a place where I can hangar the plane and get a rental car. Grand Forks looks like the best option, but I'm looking at Pembina or Hallock as other options. Any suggestions from local folks?

There is an active EAA chapter in Grafton, I but they could find some room for you up there. Not much for rental cars, but their won't be any in Hallock or Pembina either.

Flight support offers parking, and rental cars are available at GFK. I think GFK is gonna be the closest parking spot with rental cars.
