Hi y'all...I am on my ailerons (-4) right now. They are the matched hole type (what's this?). I used 1/4 inch steel angle to complete the bend, but still have a bowed trailing edge. The angle is straight as an arrow. The punched holes are great, so why the bow? I followed the instructions to the letter.

I had the same problems with the rudder/elevators, so I made double flush riveted trailing edges, just like the -10. They are VERY straight. I do not want to do that to the ailerons, because I would have to do the same to the flaps and wingtips...too much work.

Any ideas on keeping the trailing edge straight?
