There is never any reference for riveting the 1429 bell crank ribs to the 1407 bulkhead. They are joined on the bottom skin on page 10-13. Would this be the best time to rivet these two together. Looking ahead it looks like they missed a similar thing on page 10-32 with regard to the 14131 upper aft fuse rib to 1407 bulkhead connection.
 
Okay to rivet per Scott at Vans. Same with top rib stiffener to 1407 bulkhead point.

Edit: Also should have visited the common errors spreadsheet. Ron was already nice enough to include this.
