Hi guys,
I have just started my QB wings and I`m fitting the bellcrank to the spar brackets. I`m wondering what stops the wear between the bellcrank and the brackets? The powder coat finish on the ends of the bellcrank seems very rough which I will dress up. Also how much movement should the bellcrank have up and down on the bush between the brackets?

Bellcrank end play

The end play is on the plans , I think it is between 1/32 and 1/64 . I used a disc sander to shorten the bell crank to fit between the brackets then made the bronze bushing to length to get the proper end play.
