Guys,
John and I have replaced the coaxial cable. We had a short in it. We installed all new connectors and checked it with a multimeter and it was showing it worked fine. However, when I left his grass strip my transponder came up with E10 again on the display. I shut it off and then turned it back on again. It worked fine all the way home. It showed my Mode C altitude. However, when I was turning baseleg it went back to E10. I contacted Becker and they still think it is grounding problem in my antenna. Can anyone help me out on this? Any advice would be appreciated!! I am about to pull my hair out.
Thanks to all,
Darren Kerns
