My RV-7A isn't finished yet but it's getting there.

I want to have knowledgeable people inspect it -- I have had tech counselor visits and I will have more -- so I'm planning on hosting a BBQ at KSGS, probably on Saturday Sept. 3.

It won't be an Oshkosh-style BBQ, if you recall those, but just some hotdogs/hamburgers and some soda, and big pad or four of Post-It notes for people to attach to the plane in areas that need attention.

I'm kind of hoping that if you're within an hour or so of South St. Paul, Minnesota, you'll stop in and help out. Also, there's nothing preventing you from actually working on the plane if that's your (experienced) thing. (hint)

The date is tentative -- as usual, there's one family crisis after another that is making things rather fluid -- but that's what I'm shooting for.

If you're interested, I'll post more information later.

The only rule is (a) no laughing, at least outloud and (b) no telling me how much I stink at this building stuff. I already know that. ;)
