Thanks Scott for the lead...I'll look into this. We plan to 'store' our yellow lab back there on trips and I know she would be more comfortable with greater air circulation.
 
Lots of RV-10 builders install NACA vents aft of the baggage compartment with hoses directed into an overhead console. I'm guessing you could direct the hoses to the baggage bulkhead side panels - biggest challenge would be controlling airflow during flight.

Aerrosport products makes a servo control that's designed to direct airflow to overhead console. But if you ran NACA vents to servo, then hoses to bulkhead it might work.
