Wow, now this task is much faster than the RV-10. At a few minutes to lunch time break I finished the baffles. Next step was the baffle seals. I sneaked a peak at my next task after lunch and before quitting for lunch, almost all the seals were clecoed in place. I probably spent a day or more on the RV-10 to get to that point.
Thanks Van's

They are all riveted in place. A little disappointed that I got ahead of myself as I have both engine cowls painted only now to find out I need to sand out around the air intake to make a smooth transition for entering air flow. I guess I will see how I do with flowing paint for the repair. Hopefully I will not need to recoat everything.
Mitch, how is your paint job coming along? Should be getting there soon?

Paint is complete. Should have a sunny day today so I can get some good pics to post. Stay tuned.
