Hey everyone,
Just installed the rubber air seal around the top of my baffles (O-360). Having a little trouble getting it to fit well around the front of the cowling and down the sides where the air inlet ramps are. I was wondering if anyone could post some pictures of their baffling in this area so I could get some ideas of how I need to mount this rubber. My main problem is where the fiberglass air ramps for the top of the inlets are. The rubber has a hard time molding around that sharp up curve and because of that, the rubber at the top of the ramps is being pushed down. I am not sure if the baffling is going to push up flat against the cowling when air enters the inlets. Thank you for the help.
