Am thinking about installing a B and C starter (BCS206-149-12) on my IO360 with horiz induction. Would like to know if there is enough room to fit it within the confines of the fiberglass air induction snorkel. Have had bad luck with SkyTec starters (3 in 406 hours...) even though my engine has electronic ignition i.e. only one 'kick back' in all that time.

You can always dish the snorkel. No biggie. Sure a search would find info. Those b&c starters are really good. Much stronger and better than the skytec imho.
