I just don't think you can say enough good things about Bob Avery and the Avery Tools Company. I have placed many orders with them, but a recent tool order exemplified their exceptional friendliness, customer service, and attention to details. Bob must have been working overtime last night, just to call me at 8:30pm to let me know that I would receive an express shipment today (Sat). I know there are many good companies providing aviation tools, but Avery always goes above and beyond the expected. Many thanks!

I can't agree more. As a new builder I have been impressed with the time Bob and company at Avery tools has spent on the phone with me answering questions and even extending the recent free shiping on an order that I had placed late. The quality of tools is very good and service excelient. Maybe capitolism isn't dead after all..
