Last year the AirVenture Cup race changed the rules to allow one no time penalty fuel stop. This year the race is being rerouted to start from Mitchell, South Dakota and the route is not yet announced. Does anyone know if the "No Penalty" fuel stop is going to be is going to be continued this year?
