We recently announced at Sun n Fun a “set and forget” temperature controller for air conditioning systems. In a nutshell, you set the desired temp and it controls the fans and compressor to regulate the cabin temperature. It automatically turns on after engine start, and turns off during takeoff and after engine shutdown. If there is a fault with the air conditioning system, it tells you exactly where the fault is and what kind of fault.
