I have a Lightspeed Plasma II on my O-320. The auto plugs that have been recommended and that I have used in the past are:
Denso W27ESR-U
Denso W24EMR-C
Unfortunately, these are no longer carried at two local auto parts stores in town. Can anybody recommend alternative common auto plugs that would be suitable for my setup?
Thanks!
Phil

Plugs

I just today called and got 4 plug NGK BR8ES delivered to my shop in windsor for $14 tax and delivery in.

Find an AC auto parts centre. they are part # 5422 and cost me $3.2 each

I believe spruce was cheaper but this was quick and done. :D

BR8ES SOLID

I am using NGK BR8ES SOLID with dual P-mags. Note that the "SOLID" plugs do not have screw on caps.

At Rockauto, part #5422 is for the regular, screw cap design.

Part #3961 is the solid cap and they are $1.59 ea.

Screw Tops

Screw tops work just fine if you jimmy(technical term) the threads on the screw tops just a bit and screw the top on goodentite. Has worked well for me for almost 1400 hrs.

The solids are best, but not always easy to find.

As always - YMMV

NGK

I second or third the NGK part number 3961 solid cap BR8ES plugs I change them every condition inspection. Get mine from Advance Auto. Over 800 hours using them.
